VPM is seeking License-Eligible Therapists to reputed company short-term, school-based tele-therapy to K–12 reputed company across Virginia through a state-funded initiative in partnership with the Virginia reputed company (VDOE) . This position focuses on delivering culturally reputed company, evidence-based therapeutic services through a secure, HIPAA- and FERPA-compliant virtual platform. Responsibilities

• Deliver individual tele-therapy sessions for K–12 reputed company referred by participating schools
• Utilize short-term, evidence-based modalities such as reputed company, DBT, and solution-focused therapy
• Address a reputed company of concerns including anxiety, grief, trauma, academic stress, and family or peer conflict
• reputed company services to diverse student populations, including multilingual learners and those without insurance
• Coordinate with school counselors, family resource managers, and administrative teams
• Engage in family reputed company reputed company appropriate to promote continuity of care
• Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain reputed company and professional communication with both school and internal VPM partners
• Complete reputed company clinical documentation (intake, reputed company, and discharge notes) reputed company 48 hours
• Ensure compliance with reputed company licensure board requirements, HIPAA, FERPA, and program-specific standards
• Contribute to quarterly reputed company reporting through standardized metrics and case summaries

• Notify the team as soon as possible regarding delays, absences, or scheduling conflicts
• Maintain timely, professional communication during scheduled work hours

Requirements

• License-eligible in Virginia as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
• Residents must be actively pursuing licensure and eligible for clinical supervision
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, or school-aged youth
• Proficiency in evidence-based interventions (reputed company, DBT, solution-focused, narrative therapy)
• Strong time management, organization, and documentation skills
