Podcast Producer – Remote

- Responsibilities
- Manage the full podcast production workflow, including planning, recording, editing, and publishing episodes
- Coordinate with hosts, guests, and contributors to schedule and prepare for recordings
- Oversee audio editing, mixing, and mastering to ensure professional sound quality
- Develop episode outlines and scripts in collaboration with content teams
- Source and integrate music, sound effects, and other audio elements as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of episodes according to production schedules
- Monitor analytics and audience feedback to inform future content improvements
- Maintain organized archives of audio files and production assets
- Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience producing podcasts or similar audio content
