Job Description

As a Live Chat Agent at Remotica Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance through our digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to flight bookings, baggage, travel policies, and more. You will work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, all while working from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities – Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. – Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries. – Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary. – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems. – Stay updated on Skillnex Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. – Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Requirements – High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. – Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred. – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. – Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. – Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. – Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including chat tools and CRM systems.
