Member of the Board of Advisors – Capital Introductions / Fundraising Focus (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing) Company Overview Admix Pharma Laboratories is an emerging U.S. pharmaceutical company developing a next-generation 503B outsourcing facility in Boca Raton, FL to address the growing demand for sterile injectable medications nationwide. Our leadership team has decades of combined experience in pharma manufacturing, healthcare, and business development, with proven success in commercialization and operations. We are building a state-of-the-art, FDA-inspected sterile injectable platform that will supply hospitals and surgical centers directly — improving reliability, efficiency, and patient safety. Our model is built on three key pillars:

  • Reformulation & Repackaging: Ready-to-use pre-filled syringes that enhance safety and reduce hospital waste.
  • AI-Enhanced Manufacturing: Using automation and data to optimize quality and scalability.
  • Direct Supply Chain Model: Partnering directly with healthcare providers to minimize shortages.

Position Overview Admix Pharma Laboratories is seeking a Member of the Board of Advisors with a strong network in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or investment sectors to assist in our current capital raise of $5M. This is a remote, part-time advisory position for professionals capable of introducing potential investors, family offices, or capital partners from their network, while also contributing strategic insight to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your personal and professional network to facilitate investor introductions and support the company’s fundraising round.
  • Contribute to the overall capital strategy and investor relations planning.
  • Advise leadership on business development, partnerships, and market positioning.
  • Participate in periodic virtual board meetings and strategic reviews.
  • Provide guidance on pharmaceutical operations, commercialization, or scaling.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in fundraising, investor relations, or business development.
  • Established network of potential investors or strategic partners (healthcare, pharma, biotech, or venture capital).
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare investment landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Medicine, or related field preferred.

Compensation

This is an advisory board role. Compensation may include equity participation and performance-based incentives linked to successful fundraising outcomes. Job Type
