What You Will Do: Review and moderate user-generated content on Hirebase digital platforms. Enforce content policies and guidelines to maintain a positive online environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address emerging content concerns. Provide timely and constructive feedback to users when necessary. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content moderation. Responsibilities: Moderate and review user-generated content in a timely manner. Enforce content policies consistently and fairly. Collaborate with the content and community teams to improve moderation processes. Stay updated on industry... trends and emerging content issues. Maintain accurate records of moderation activities. Requirements: Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of online community dynamics and content guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
