Leasing Administration Support Specialist | Wireless & Real Estate Contracts
Are you experienced in wireless lease administration, contract management, and working with cross-functional teams? We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support real property and telecommunications projects in a fast-paced environment. Ready to work Alaska hours whenever required Key Responsibilities: ✅ Process and manage lease documentation and contract records ✅ Prepare lease abstracts for various real property agreements ✅ Maintain and update contract databases and tracking systems ✅ Support project teams to ensure lease compliance ✅ Review and redline construction drawings ✅ Generate reports and provide updates to leadership ✅ Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders What We're Looking For: ✔ 4+ years of real property, lease administration, or wireless contract administration experience ✔ Site acquisition experience preferred ✔ Strong knowledge of contract management processes and documentation ✔ Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam and contract management systems is a plus ✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills ✔ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment ✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week This is a highly visible role with significant involvement in wireless and real estate projects—not just an administrative position.
