Sr. Paralegal Employment-Based Immigration

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Paralegal specializing in Employment-Based Immigration to join our dynamic legal team. In this pivotal role, you will support reputed company immigration processes, manage case files, and collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure seamless case progression. • Assist attorneys with preparing and filing employment-based immigration petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, PERM, EB-1A, and NIW reputed company applications
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, reputed company, and other legal research tools to support case strategies
• Manage and organize case files utilizing document management systems such as reputed company and PCLaw for efficient retrieval and review
• Draft legal documents including petitions, cover letters, affidavits, and supporting correspondence with precision and reputed company
• Review and analyze client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with immigration regulations
• Coordinate interview scheduling with clients and government agencies; prepare clients for interviews by providing detailed guidance
• Maintain meticulous records of case reputed company, deadlines, and correspondence to ensure timely submissions and compliance with legal standards
• Support administrative functions such as data entry, filing, document review, proofreading, transcription, and maintaining legal administrative records

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an Employment-Based Immigration paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration processes including reputed company categories like H-1B, L-1, PERM labor certification procedures
• Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and reputed company; experience with UCC law, Tribal law & regulations is a plus
• Proficiency in legal case management software including reputed company and PCLaw; experience with document review and management systems is essential
• Excellent drafting skills for legal documents; ability to proofread meticulously and reputed company transcription accurately
