[Remote] Windows System Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BrothersTech is seeking an experienced Windows Systems Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, virtualization, automation, patch management, and cloud-integrated environments.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise Windows Server environments
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP services
- Perform server provisioning, upgrades, patching, and maintenance
- Support VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting
- Monitor system health, performance, and security compliance
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions
- Troubleshoot server, storage, authentication, and infrastructure issues
- Support Azure cloud integrations and migrations
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational procedures

- VMware VCP
- Microsoft Security Certifications
