Description of the role: The Care Scheduler / Administrator position at Preferred Care at Home of Champlain Valley offers an exciting opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Vermont. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing care services for our clients. Responsibilities: Use software scheduling program to efficiently schedule the complex week to week calendar for caregivers Coordinate care services, ensuring the needs of all clients are met Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers to ensure smooth and effective care management Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care services Handle any client concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy Answer calls and texts promptly and courteously in a professional manner. Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and colleagues while working remotely from home.
