Your Role: What You'll Be Doing Every Day

As a Customer Sales and Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the trusted voice our customers turn to when they need answers, solutions, and guidance. Your role combines consultative sales, technical support, customer retention, and relationship management into one dynamic and rewarding career. Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Communication: Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing a wide range of inquiries related to installation, disconnection, service changes, billing questions, and account management. You will serve as the first point of contact, setting the tone for a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Consultative Selling & Relationship Building: Leverage your superior sales skills and deep product knowledge to identify customer needs and proactively recommend arenaflex products and services. Your ability to listen actively and understand customer goals will enable you to craft tailored solutions that truly meet their needs while helping you achieve—and exceed—monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Retention & Loyalty: Build lasting trust with every customer interaction. By demonstrating genuine care, expertise, and a commitment to resolving concerns, you will instill confidence and loyalty that keeps customers choosing arenaflex for all their connectivity needs.
  • Issue Resolution & Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to service quality, billing discrepancies, rate adjustments, account changes, and policy interpretations. You will be empowered to make decisions that prioritize customer satisfaction while protecting the integrity of arenaflex's operations.
  • Product Expertise & Education: Respond knowledgeably to customer questions about arenaflex's full suite of products and services, including wireless plans, internet solutions, cloud services, security offerings, IoT devices, and video entertainment packages.
  • Service Order Management: Verify the accuracy and completeness of service orders, making necessary corrections and changes to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Collections & Account Recovery: Professionally negotiate the collection of overdue bills while maintaining positive customer relationships and upholding arenaflex's reputation for fair and respectful treatment.
  • System Navigation & Multi-Channel Support: Manage multiple systems, databases, and work tools simultaneously while engaging customers on the phone, demonstrating your ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible Scheduling Commitment: Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by business needs. Your flexibility ensures that arenaflex can deliver consistent, high-quality support to our customers whenever they need us.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in a related field, or two or more years of relevant customer-facing experience.
  • Previous experience working in a customer service call center environment.
  • Demonstrated collections experience with a track record of successful account recovery.
  • Proven experience in selling products and services, ideally in a consultative or relationship-based sales model.
  • Advanced customer service skills with a history of exceeding performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate with precision and accuracy.

Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within 75 miles of the assigned reporting location for the duration of their contract. Please note that arenaflex reserves the right to request in-person attendance at the office for team huddles, training sessions, and important meetings as business needs dictate.

Compensation & Financial Rewards

We offer competitive compensation that recognizes your skills, experience, and performance. For candidates hired in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, or Washington, D.C., the compensation range for this full-time position is between $577.00 and $1,775.00 weekly, based on confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with significant potential to earn more based on your sales performance and goal achievement. For part-time roles, compensation will be prorated to reflect scheduled hours.

Work Environment: Remote With Connection

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort of your home.
