As a Driver Onboarding Specialist & Data Entry Clerk, you will be the critical bridge between prospective drivers and our operational platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Application Review: Examine driver applications, insurance certificates, and vehicle registration documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with arenaflex standards.
  • Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections: Conduct live, video‑based safety checks with prospective drivers, guiding them through each step and providing real‑time feedback. Training is provided, but a comfort with video conferencing tools is essential.
  • Multichannel Communication: Keep drivers informed via text, chat, email, and our internal messaging platform about the status of their onboarding process, answering questions promptly and professionally.
  • Background Check Coordination: Initiate and track pre‑employment background checks using arenaflex’s proprietary software, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain driver information in our secure database, adhering to data‑privacy regulations and internal data‑quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or recurring issues in the onboarding workflow and propose actionable solutions to senior leadership.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR, compliance, and driver support teams to align onboarding practices with broader company objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a business environment, preferably in data entry, human resources, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume documentation with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency with web‑based applications, CRM tools, and smartphone platforms; experience with onboarding or gig‑economy platforms is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting, while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a dedicated workstation, and a functional smartphone for virtual inspections.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience recruiting, onboarding, or supporting gig‑app workers, especially in the delivery or transportation sectors.
  • Familiarity with background check services, insurance verification processes, and vehicle compliance standards.
  • Experience using ticketing systems, workflow automation tools, or data‑entry software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms.

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $25,000 – $35,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and demonstrated skill set. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
