Verizon FIOS Sales Agent

Salary: 11 ECCO Group USA is hiring for their Verizon FIOS Home Services Program... Are you interested in a remote work from home position with a reputable company? In this role, you will contact customers who are eligible for Verizon FiOS Home services and establish new customer accounts for TV and Internet services. ECCO Group offers Work from Home schedules, if you qualify, with paid comprehensive 5-dayremote training. ECCO Group USA offers hourly pay plus commission paid out weekly. Start date is Tuesday March 19th with mandatory orientation on Monday March 18th! Full Time Schedule: • 38+ hours per week • Schedule is Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm EST with Tuesday and Sunday off | Unpaid 45 min lunch break | Two paid 15 min breaks • Hourly pay is $11/hr. plus commission and bonuses based on sales performance. • 5 day paid training beginning Tues. March 19th from 1pm-5pm • Mandatory Orientation on Monday March 18th at 1pm. • Must be cleared by IT and install our required programming on your PC during our system setup session. Required Qualifications: • 1 year of sales experience-mandatory • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications • Comfortable relating to customers and offering solutions with ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner • Self-directed with analytical skills • Strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Home services experience – sales • Strong sales skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism • Ability to navigate multiple web interfaces/browsers/systems competently • Call Center Sales experience or Outside Sales experience a plus!
