Position Overview You will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and effective course content within our online learning environment. You'll be responsible for providing personalized instruction, guidance, and support to meet the individual needs of each student. This role involves leveraging our learning management system to monitor student progress and collaborating closely with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning community.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Excellence: Take ownership of students' academic progress, prepare students for standardized tests, conduct live synchronous teaching sessions, and provide asynchronous support through various platforms. Relationship Building: Establish positive relationships with students and families, provide support with learning environments and technology, and collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure student success. Other Essential Functions: Organize educational activities, travel occasionally for testing purposes, and maintain professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications
