We are currently seeking a Part Time Data Entry Clerk to join our remarkable team. Position Overview

The Part Time Data Entry Clerk will provide essential administrative support to our operations team, ensuring that critical financial, inventory, and personnel data is accurately entered, organized, and maintained. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your core duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable Data Entry: Accurately input vendor invoices, payment records, and financial transactions into our accounting system, ensuring timely processing and proper coding of expenses.
  • Purchase Order Management: Enter and track purchase orders for materials, supplies, and equipment, maintaining clear documentation for audit and reference purposes.
  • Equipment Inventory Tracking: Update and maintain inventory records for company equipment, tools, and vehicles, helping the operations team stay informed about asset status and availability.
  • Confidential File Management: Handle sensitive employee and departmental records with the utmost discretion, organizing and securing files in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Report Preparation and Distribution: Copy, collate, and assemble reports, correspondence, and other documents for mailings, internal meetings, and external distribution, ensuring professional presentation and timely delivery.
  • Document Organization and Filing: Establish and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, making information easy to locate, retrieve, and audit when needed.
  • General Administrative Support: Perform other related duties as assigned, including assisting team members with special projects, data verification tasks, and occasional clerical support across departments.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Typing Proficiency: A minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proofreading Ability: Strong attention to detail, with the capacity to identify typos, numerical errors, and inconsistencies in documents.
  • Software Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, or comparable software platforms.
  • Office Equipment Familiarity: Basic understanding of standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, copiers, and multi-line phone systems.
