  • Navigate imaging and document‑management software to retrieve claim images, PDFs, and supporting documentation efficiently.
  • Distinguish between various claim types (e.g., inpatient, outpatient, pharmacy, dental) and apply the correct data‑entry guidelines for each.
  • Identify and flag documents that require special handling, such as those with missing signatures, illegible handwriting, or incomplete information.
