Position Overview

The Remote Data Entry Specialist – Virtual Administrative Support Professional at arenaflex will be responsible for the accurate input, updating, verification, and maintenance of critical data across multiple internal systems and databases. This role serves as a foundational pillar of our data integrity strategy, ensuring that decision-makers, analysts, and operational leaders across the organization have access to reliable, timely, and well-structured information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Verification and Quality Assurance: Review existing data for discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors; take corrective action to ensure data integrity and reliability across all systems.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive and protected health information (PHI) in strict accordance with arenaflex’s data protection policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Report Generation and Review: Prepare, generate, and review operational reports that support decision-making processes for various departments within arenaflex.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner virtually with team members, department leads, and stakeholders to gather required information, clarify data points, and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, reduce redundancy, and enhance the overall quality of data management practices.
  • Technology and Best Practices: Stay current with evolving data entry tools, software updates, and industry best practices, and proactively apply new knowledge to daily operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide virtual administrative assistance including document organization, file management, and support for special projects as assigned by leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education, certification, or coursework in data management, business administration, health information technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role, preferably within a healthcare, insurance, or similarly regulated environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering), Word, and Outlook. Experience with data entry software, cloud-based platforms, and database management systems is essential.

Working Hours and Schedule
