Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous, organized, and dedicated Remote Data Entry Manager – Cybersecurity Questionnaire & Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in our sales ecosystem while developing specialized expertise in the fast-evolving field of cybersecurity compliance.

Our current systems operate in a highly connected ecosystem, and our future systems will be even more connected and complex. In today's environment, our customers are deeply concerned about the cybersecurity posture of the devices operating on their networks. Before allowing any device to access their infrastructure, they require assurance that it meets stringent security standards. As part of our sales process, many customers send detailed cybersecurity questionnaires that we must complete accurately and efficiently in order to participate in bidding opportunities.

This role is dedicated to filling out these cybersecurity questionnaires with precision and timeliness. Questionnaires arrive at unpredictable intervals and must be completed within a reasonable timeframe to keep our sales pipeline competitive. In addition to this core responsibility, the role will perform other data entry tasks as requested by management. Full training will be provided on any additional tasks, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Core Responsibilities

  • Complete cybersecurity questionnaires in support of the sales process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
  • Monitor incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA), maintaining awareness of all open and pending items.
  • Prioritize incoming requests in collaboration with internal business leaders to align with sales deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Extract relevant information from the archive of past questionnaires to streamline response processes and maintain consistency.
  • Coordinate final review of completed questionnaires with internal subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Record progress, updates, and status changes in the JIRA issue tracking tool throughout the lifecycle of each request.
  • Complete additional data entry tasks as requested by management with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain all required corporate training up to date, staying current with internal policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Proficient computer skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient with remote work tools, including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience with JIRA issue tracking software or similar project management platforms.

Preferred Skills and Engineering Tools

  • Prior cybersecurity experience or familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Understanding of information security concepts, risk assessment, and compliance requirements.

Certifications

  • No specific certifications are required, though relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
