Position Summary

The Remote Data Entry & Strategy Analytics Consultant at arenaflex plays a vital role in supporting our operational and strategic goals by collecting, entering, managing, and analyzing data that fuels decision-making across multiple departments. This position blends the discipline of accurate data entry with the insight-driven mindset of a business analytics consultant. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, transforming raw data into clear, presentable, and actionable findings that help leaders at arenaflex make informed business decisions.

As a Strategy & Analytics Consultant, you will not only be responsible for entering and organizing data but also for conducting research, building analytical models, and presenting findings to senior leadership. You will leverage tools like SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, and Tableau to dig deep into operational data, identify trends, and recommend strategies that improve performance across the enterprise. This is a remote, full-time opportunity based in the United States, offering a competitive hourly rate of $30/hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, validate, and maintain accurate operational and business data in arenaflex's core systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
• Provide thorough research and assessment of trends, supporting the development of new strategies, models, systems, and reports.
• Identify, improve, and share available data sources and tools with various business units across the organization.
• Leverage technology skills (SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau, Big Data concepts) along with business data to provide answers to complex business requests.
• Transform raw data into easily understood, visually compelling, presentable, and actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of analytical models and strategies, including supporting their downstream implementation.
• Facilitate and share technical guidance on ideas, methodologies, and tools with teams throughout the business.
• Conduct analysis using optimization and other available tools to create and evaluate scenarios, providing insight into how different strategies perform.
• Utilize proper data management practices, including adherence to privacy standards and confidentiality protocols.
• Prepare and present data-driven findings to senior leadership, translating complex analyses into clear narratives.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as directed by leadership.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Tableau or other leading data visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with big data concepts and cloud-based data environments is a plus.

Education and Experience

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Experience: Advanced-level experience, seasoned and specialized in the following areas:

• Network planning, airline operations, or a related operational field.
• Data collection, applied analytics, business assessment, and executive-level presentation.
• Proven track record of delivering insights to senior leaders in a corporate setting.
• Alteryx, Tableau, or comparable data manipulation and visualization tools.
