Update system records to reflect new tenant information. Perform basic formatting tasks in Excel (e.g., strikethrough, color fill, row formatting). Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across multiple platforms. Follow established procedures and checklists to complete tasks reliably. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Collaborate with internal teams as needed; no external customer interaction is required. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines. Good English comprehension (written and reading). Comfortable working independently on repetitive tasks. Internet Service Requirements: Internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider. DSL, satellite, and wireless broadband are NOT permitted. Minimum upload speed of 2 mbps.
