They are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead business development efforts, drive new client acquisition, and build relationships within the legal industry.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies
- Build relationships with law firm partners, managing partners, and decision makers
- Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations
- Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Work closely with leadership and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Stay current on industry trends, AI advancements, and digital marketing best practices
Skills
- 10+ years of professional sales experience
- Proven success selling digital marketing services
- Strong understanding of: SEO, Google Ads / PPC, Local Service Ads (LSA), Social Media Marketing, Video Marketing, Lead Generation, AI and AI-powered marketing solutions
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and highly competitive
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Network of law firm owners, managing partners, and legal professionals
- Previous experience working for a legal marketing agency
- Familiarity with legal intake, case acquisition, and law firm growth strategies
- Experience selling Websites, SEO, PPC management, video marketing, social media management, and website services
