[Remote] Commercial Real Estate Business Development Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gulf Atlantic Real Estate is a Tampa Bay commercial brokerage and advisory firm that specializes in assisting property owners with sales, valuations, and strategic decisions. They are seeking a part-time Owner Intelligence Outreach Specialist to engage with commercial property owners, introduce their advisory services, and schedule consultations.
Responsibilities
- You'll call commercial property owners from a provided list, introduce our Commercial Property Opportunity Review, and book short initial consultations with Austin Pennington
- For owners not ready yet, you'll offer to add them to our Tampa Bay market update list and log them for future follow-up
- A call script, contact list, and CRM access are all provided
Skills
- You're comfortable on the phone and sound like a real person, not a script-reader
- You have experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, real estate, insurance, or financial services
- You're self-directed and don't need daily hand-holding
- You handle rejection professionally and move on
- You log your calls, take notes, and follow up when you say you will
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory
