[Remote] Platform Ops Engineer (US Citizen)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AppLab Systems, Inc is seeking a Platform Ops Engineer to manage and monitor their Foundry platform. The role involves incident triage, pipeline orchestration, and ensuring data governance and operational hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Perform Foundry platform monitoring using pipeline health, data freshness, and ontology integrity indicators
• Execute L1/L2 incident triage within Foundry, including dataset failures, transform errors, and workflow breakdowns
• Manage pipeline orchestration, job scheduling, and retry workflows using Foundry-native mechanisms
• Support RBAC, access provisioning, and data governance enforcement aligned to Foundry security model
• Maintain operational hygiene (dataset lifecycle, stale objects, ontology alignment consistency)
• Drive runbook-based operations, RCA documentation, and audit-ready evidence collection
