[Remote] Senior Project Manager, E-Commerce

Talener is a rapidly growing healthcare eCommerce and consumer technology company, and they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This role will focus on establishing project management best practices and driving strategic cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery against timelines and priorities
- Establish and mature project management processes, frameworks, and governance standards to support the growth of a formal Project Management Office (PMO)
- Partner with leadership and department stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives spanning technology, operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and customer-facing business functions
- Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, manage dependencies, and coordinate resources required for successful project execution
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests while maintaining stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate project status meetings, executive updates, and cross-functional communication to ensure transparency and accountability
- Monitor project performance, key milestones, and operational metrics, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and execution
- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization, scalability, and operational effectiveness
Skills
- 10+ years of project management experience within eCommerce, SaaS, technology, digital commerce, or related business environments
- Prior experience building, scaling, or formalizing a Project Management Office (PMO), including implementation of project governance processes and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across both technical and business-focused teams
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership stakeholders
- Demonstrated success driving projects involving cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and external business partners
- Experience utilizing modern project management methodologies, tools, and reporting platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward independently
- U.S. work authorization is required. No visa sponsorship is available at this time
- PMP, Scrum, Prince2, or similar project management certifications are preferred but not required
