They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering technical assistance and troubleshooting support via email, SMS, and phone.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through thoughtful, timely, and solution-oriented communication
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, SMS, and phone, ensuring a consistent and supportive experience across all channels
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues efficiently and share insights that improve overall service delivery
  • Utilize internal help documentation and tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems quickly and accurately
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with clear context and urgency
  • Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions within Salesforce to maintain transparency and support knowledge sharing

Skills

  • Previous experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Familiarity with dealership operations and common automotive industry tools
