[Remote] Content Producer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. caa is a national media company that powers the connection economy across the US, and they are seeking an AI Producer to own their content pipeline. The role involves building and optimizing AI-generated content, ensuring quality standards, and conducting interviews with executives.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize our AI content pipeline (Claude, Gemini) — 8–10 published articles per week
- Be the brand-voice layer: polish every AI output to caa's quality standard before it goes live
- Own our prompt library and keep it current as tools and markets evolve
- Step in as an interviewer with executives and CEOs when needed — confident, prepared, zero friction
- Automate research briefs and question sets for every scheduled interview across the team
Skills
- Has 2–3 years in editorial, PR, or corporate communications
- Has hands-on AI prompting and editing experience — not just familiarity
- Writes and edits at a high standard and cares about brand accuracy
- Is comfortable calling a C-suite executive on short notice and making it a great conversation
- Moves fast, learns fast, and doesn't wait to be told what to do next
