[Remote] Human Resource Shared Services Coordinator- Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TalentBridge is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to support employee leave and benefits-related processes. This role involves managing employee inquiries, maintaining records, and collaborating with HR and management teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of requests.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding leave-related questions and requests
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls and employee inquiries while maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed records within internal systems
  • Track cases, monitor required documentation, and ensure timely follow-up with employees and internal stakeholders
  • Research and resolve discrepancies, escalating issues when appropriate
  • Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and management teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of employee requests
  • Maintain organized electronic records and support process documentation
  • Assist with administrative support functions, including processing incoming documentation and updating internal systems

Skills

  • 3+ years of customer service, HR support, employee services, benefits administration, or related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in an HR Shared Services, Human Resources Operations, Benefits, or Employee Support environment strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting leave administration, employee benefits, or accommodations is a plus but not required
  • Experience with SAP or other HRIS systems is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply
