[Remote] Business Systems Analyst – Order to Cash (OTC)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ocean Spray Cranberries is a farmer-owned co-op known for its iconic cranberry products. They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Order to Cash (OTC) to analyze and improve business processes, focusing on the Supply Chain functions related to Order-to-Cash processes while collaborating with IT teams to implement solutions and enhance organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SAP development and integration teams, data governance, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, design and deliver implementations and enhancements within SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC
- Work with the business and product partners from cross-functional initiatives to support the business processes related to Order-to-Cash and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth enabled by tech solutions
- Accountable for maintaining SAP BTP integrations with different SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC processes, supporting ecosystems and overseeing, monitoring and closely working with 3rd party offshore support teams and/or Vendor support teams
- Document and diagram existing system and business processes and analyze for more efficient methods
- Translate functional business requirements into technical requirements working within an agile team
- Collaborate within an agile team to perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed enhancements and projects to aid management in making implementation decisions
- Coordinate and perform use case tests, end-user reviews and post-implementation support
- Deliver orientation and training to end users for new capabilities, enhancements and projects including writing documentation
- Provide production support, RCA and research application incidents working with developers, end-users, and the Application support team
- Assist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers, business leads, and Application support team to ensure delivery of prioritized requests in a timely manner
Skills
- Proven experience as a Functional consultant or Business Systems Analyst or similar role overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and solutions
- Functional and Technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC required
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes including order management, pricing, billing, shipping and customer invoicing
- Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile and project management methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Ability to take ownership of issues through resolution, including coordination, follow-up, communication, and documentation across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support and project environment
- Ability to work independently while escalating risks and issues appropriately
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new concepts, technologies, processes, and business capabilities
- 3+ years of functional SAP experience in SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC, ideally in a CPG/Manufacturing business
- Understanding of Advanced intercompany Sales processes, Rebate and Settlement management, and Available-to-Promise (ATP/aATP) capabilities preferred
- Experience supporting SAP IDoc-based integrations, including monitoring, reprocessing, and issue resolution a plus
- Knowledge of APIs and other integration methodologies
- Enhancement & production management experience
