[Remote] VP of Marketing

FormAssembly is a remote team focused on secure data collection and workflow automation, and they are seeking a strategic and data-driven VP of Marketing to lead their marketing function. The role involves owning the marketing strategy, driving growth and pipeline, building a strong brand, leading product marketing, managing marketing operations, and building a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets
- Lead demand generation across digital, paid, SEO/AEO, and lifecycle marketing
- Optimize funnel performance and conversion rates
- Shape and elevate FormAssembly’s brand and positioning
- Oversee content, PR, and thought leadership strategies
- Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels
- Define product positioning and differentiation
- Partner with Product and Sales on the go-to-market strategy
- Deliver high-impact sales enablement tools
- Build a data-driven marketing engine with clear KPIs
- Manage marketing tech stack, automation, and analytics
- Report on performance, ROI, and growth insights
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class marketing team
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
- Manage budget and resource allocation
Skills
- 8-10+ years of marketing experience, with leadership in B2B SaaS
- Proven success in driving pipeline growth and revenue impact
- Deep expertise in demand generation and digital marketing
- Strong experience with enterprise and mid-market audiences
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in compliance, data security, or workflow automation
- Background in scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments
