[Remote] SAP -FICO Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Diverse Lynx is seeking an SAP FICO Consultant to serve as the primary functional architect for all SAP Financial modules. The role involves designing and maintaining financial solution architecture, leading fit-gap analysis, and ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional architect for all SAP Financial modules (FI-GL, AP/AR, AA, CO, PA/PS, Treasury, Tax, Consolidations)
- Design and maintain end-to-end financial solution architecture, ensuring seamless integration across SAP and connected applications (e.g., Coupa, Concur, Blackline, treasury systems, bank integrations)
- Lead fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, solution design, and validation for new capabilities, enhancements, and transformations
- Ensure solutions adhere to SAP best practices, internal governance, security, and compliance standards
- This role provides enterprise-level thought leadership, drives solution architecture decisions, ensures adoption of SAP best practices, and partners closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to deliver a fit-to-standard process landscape
- The ideal candidate combines deep SAP financial expertise with broad understanding of integrated systems, cross-functional business processes, and transformation initiatives
- Partner with IT leadership across Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and Data teams to ensure integrated, scalable solutions
- Production Support & Governance
- Facilitate workshops and lead decision-making forums with business stakeholders and implementation partners
- Oversee application stability, ensuring timely resolution of issues and SLAs
