[Remote] MES Implementation Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ever.Ag is an innovative AgTech company offering solutions for the agriculture, food, and beverage supply chains. They are seeking a MES Implementation Consultant to lead client-facing work and technical configurations, ensuring successful system adoption and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into configured solutions
• Configure and customize customer Orbis sites using SQL and established best practices
• Deliver customer trainings and drive successful system adoption
• Manage your own tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
• Triage urgent customer issues and reprioritize quickly when it matters
• Leverage AI tools to work faster and smarter
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to share field insights and flag risks
• Collaborate across US, Irish, and Manila teams on global implementations

Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in implementation, consulting, or professional services
• Comfort with SQL and a foundational understanding of how software is built and configured — you don't need to be a developer, but there will be a technical interview round for you to demonstrate your expertise
• Strong communication skills — you genuinely enjoy client conversations, even the long ones
• The ability to juggle competing priorities, drop a task mid-stream, and pick up another without losing your place
• Sharp attention to detail and a sense of urgency when customers need it most
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience
• Comfort working across time zones with a global team
• Manufacturing or industrial software background is a plus
