[Remote] Account Manager

FONpros is a growing healthcare technology company seeking a sales-focused Account Manager to drive expansion revenue within its established customer base. The role involves identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing business with existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Engage existing customers through outbound calls, email, and virtual meetings
- Identify opportunities for additional software, services, and technology solutions
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and challenges
- Coordinate product demonstrations with internal product specialists when appropriate
- Build proposals, negotiate pricing, and close business
- Maintain pipeline activity and accurately forecast opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, inside sales, SDR, BDR, or account executive roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and proactive customer outreach
- Experience carrying a quota or being measured against performance goals
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- CRM experience preferred
