[Remote] Compliance Reporting Program Manager

They are seeking a Compliance Reporting Program Manager to lead compliance and regulatory reporting initiatives, partnering with various teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of compliance and regulatory reporting across cross-functional teams
- Partner with Compliance and business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate reporting requirements into actionable deliverables
- Manage intake, prioritization, timelines, approvals, and delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting requests
- Support report validation, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication to ensure accurate and timely reporting outcomes
- Maintain reporting documentation and identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and cross-team coordination
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, reporting operations, or related roles
- Experience supporting reporting or analytics workflows, including requirements gathering, coordination, and delivery
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including issue identification, debugging, and resolution coordination across teams
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and foundational data concepts such as data validation, report logic, and structured datasets
- Experience with regulatory, audit, or compliance reporting in healthcare, payer, or provider environments
