[Remote] Remote Senior Healthcare Recruiter

Solturo Solutions is hiring a motivated Senior Healthcare Recruiter to support their US partner in finding, hiring, and onboarding qualified caregivers. The role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume caregiver roles (HHAs, PCAs, CNAs)
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, local community networks to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
- Screening & Compliance: Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Ensure all candidates meet strict state and federal compliance regulations (e.g., background checks, reference checks, certifications, and health screenings)
- Match clients with potential caregivers. Speak with clients to understand their caregiver needs, preferences, and schedules
- Process Optimization: Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, retention rates, cost-per-hire) to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative strategies to improve the hiring funnel
- Retention Initiatives: Partner with operations to understand and develop strategies that improve caregiver engagement and long-term retention
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters or scheduling coordinators assisting with recruitment efforts
Skills
- Fluency in English + one more language
- 5+ years experience in recruitment, sales, ideally in international or multilingual environments
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce or ATS systems
- Comfortable with U.S. time zones (shift is 08:15 am to 04:15 pm EST)
- Recruitment and talent acquisition experience, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Scheduling and time management skills to optimize caregiver-client matches and address last-minute changes
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage with caregivers, clients, and team members
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, working under pressure to resolve scheduling conflicts or staff shortages
- Reliable internet connection, professional headset, and suitable device for remote work
- Experience with home care or healthcare industries is a plus
