[Remote] Account Manager - Retail Independents

This role involves serving as a primary customer contact, ensuring successful onboarding, and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer contact following implementation and stabilization
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Monitor platform adoption, customer feedback, workflow effectiveness, and usage metrics
- Identify opportunities for training, optimization, and operational improvements
- Ensure customer concerns, support tickets, and enhancement requests are addressed promptly
- Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to identify retention risks and growth opportunities
- Provide clear, timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Deliver a positive customer experience throughout implementation and ongoing operations
- Maintain strong collaboration across customers, partners, Sales, Operations, and technical teams
- Support implementation and go-live activities alongside Operations and technical teams
- Coordinate communication with pharmacies, phone vendors, Twilio, pharmacy system partners, and internal resources
- Proactively communicate to prevent delays, confusion, and implementation gaps
- Assist with implementation tracking, testing, workflow validation, and follow-up activities
- Monitor implementation progress and escalate issues when necessary
- Participate in go-live monitoring and early-stage customer stabilization efforts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and implementation tracking documentation
- Document customer concerns, open items, resolutions, and implementation progress
- Support development of implementation guides and operational processes
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to support scalability and consistency
