We are in search of a talented Full Stack Java/ColdFusion Developer to join our vibrant team. This role involves crafting and maintaining applications crucial to our HR skills assessment procedures. As a key member, you'll collaborate closely with our IT and development teams to guarantee seamless integration and peak performance of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and sustain web applications using Java, ColdFusion, JavaScript, and associated technologies. Manage Oracle databases hosted in RDS, ensuring data integrity and fortification. Oversee application management and deployment via Docker and Amazon ECS. Seamlessly integrate our systems with diverse Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) using APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, devise solutions, and deliver top-notch software. Promptly troubleshoot and resolve technical glitches.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proficiency in Java and ColdFusion programming. Robust experience in JavaScript and front-end development. Familiarity with Oracle databases and RDS. Knowledge of Docker and Amazon ECS for effective container management and deployment. Demonstrated expertise in API development and integration. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience in HR tech or similar domains. Familiarity with modern development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
