Position Overview We are seeking highly experienced Government Policy, Regulatory Affairs, anc Market Access Advisors to support client engagements involving U.S. and European regulatory environments, trade policy, public affairs, and strategic market-entry considerations. The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of government decision-making processes, policy development, regulatory implementation, international trade Frameworks, and public-sector operations. Candidates should be capable of translating complex policy and regulatory developments into practical insights for organizations operating in highly regulated industries. Key responsibilities Government & Policy Intelligence

  • Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments across the United States, European Union, and kev member states.
  • Assess the potential impact of emerging government policies and regulatory initiatives.
  • Provide strategic insights regarding political, regulatory, and economic developments.

Regulatory & Market Access Analysis

  • Monitor developments in international trade policy, economic security measures, export controls. sanctions. and industrial policy initiatives.
  • Assess the implications of government actions on strategic sectors and global supply chains.
  • Provide expert analysis on geopolitica and economic developments.

Trade, Economic Security & Industrial Policy.

  • Participate in expert consultations and advisory engagements.
  • Provide practical industry perspectives for clients evaluating market opportunities and strategic decisions.
  • Support research initiatives involving energy transition, resource security, and industrial development.

Strategic Advisory Support

  • Participate in expert consultations advisory engagements, and policy discussions.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives involving public policy, government relations, and regulatory developments.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to senior decision-makers.

Stakeholder & Institutional Engagement

  • Maintain active relationships with policymakers, government agencies, regulatory authorities, international organizations, industry associations, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute expert perspectives through consultations, workshops, briefings, and strategic discussions.

Required Qualifications

Educational Background Bachelor's degree or higher in:

Master's degree or equivalent public-sector experience is highly desirable. Professional Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
