  • *Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk & IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for:

  • Account creation and claims online portal registration using ServiceNow and CyberArk
  • Processing claims online portal tickets, with a minimum of 10 tickets per day
  • Helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their patients
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless account creation and IT support
  • *Responsibilities**

• Account Creation: + Create new accounts for clients using ServiceNow and CyberArk + Verify account information and ensure accuracy + Troubleshoot any issues related to account creation

  • Claims Online Portal Registration:

+ Register clients for online portal access + Verify client information and ensure accuracy + Troubleshoot any issues related to online portal registration

  • IT Help Desk:

+ Process claims online portal tickets, with a minimum of 10 tickets per day + Help backlog and process new tickets that come through + Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their patients

  • Collaboration:

+ Work closely with our team to ensure seamless account creation and IT support + Collaborate with clients to resolve any issues or concerns

  • *Requirements**

• 2+ years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT help desk

  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • *Nice to Have Skills & Experience**

• Experience with ServiceNow and CyberArk

  • Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching
