14176 - Recruiter (Onsite) - Juno Beach, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL;
- Full-cycle Recruiting experience (2-3+ years);
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Experience with Boolean search;
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques;
- Agency and/or corporate experience;
- Bachelor's Degree.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer;
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies;
- Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques-Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach;
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles;
- Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit;
- Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions;
- Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations.
