Position Summary

In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer communications through phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring every traveler receives the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out regarding travel reservations, ticketing inquiries, flight changes, baggage concerns, and general travel-related questions.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service across multiple communication channels, including telephone, email, and live chat platforms.
  • Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system with precision and attention to detail.
  • Stay up to date on arenaflex travel services, promotional offers, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the broader team to drive continuous service improvement.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, and quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and comply with all company security and compliance protocols.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in communications, business, hospitality, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, hospitality, airline, or travel-related environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Compensation and Benefits
