Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers reaching out via our live chat platform. Your core duties will blend customer service excellence with high-accuracy data management. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Customer Engagement via Live Chat: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through our live chat system, addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing clear, accurate information in a courteous manner.
  • Data Entry and Database Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer information, transaction records, account notes, and interaction histories within arenaflex's CRM and internal database platforms.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation: Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and either resolve them independently or escalate them to the appropriate department in a timely fashion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team leads, supervisors, and other departments to ensure consistent, seamless customer experiences and effective communication across the organization.
