  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and special requests with empathy, efficiency, and a commitment to achieving first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Systems and Tools Utilization: Effectively navigate and utilize arenaflex systems, reservation platforms, CRM tools, and internal databases to manage customer interactions, document conversations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Policy and Promotion Awareness: Stay current on all arenaflex policies, procedures, promotions, partnerships, and service offerings to provide the highest level of customer support and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Essential Qualifications
