About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members and healthcare providers. You will handle a variety of inbound inquiries via telephone, email, and written correspondence, addressing topics such as claims status, benefits and eligibility verification, PPO network participation, and general account questions. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Calls with Professionalism: Respond to incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits coverage, eligibility verification, PPO participation, and general inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Resolve Customer Inquiries: Address basic and routine questions accurately while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Deliver Differentiated Service: Create memorable, personalized experiences for every caller by actively listening, empathizing, and offering thoughtful solutions tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Maintain Performance Standards: Consistently meet or exceed established department metrics for call handling time, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Demonstrate Service Discipline: Follow established protocols, scripts, and procedures while adapting your communication style to suit the needs of each caller.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent work experience required.
