From the first consultation to the final confirmation, you will guide clients through every step of the journey — listening to their preferences, researching destinations, crafting itineraries, preparing documentation, and ensuring each trip exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with prospective and existing clients through phone, email, chat, and video calls to understand their travel goals, preferences, budgets, and timelines.
- Travel Planning & Research: Conduct thorough research on destinations, accommodations, transportation options, tours, and activities to build tailored itineraries that match client expectations.
- Booking & Reservation Management: Coordinate and confirm reservations with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental agencies, and tour operators, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
- Documentation & Invoicing: Prepare professional quotes, detailed itineraries, invoices, and confirmation packets, ensuring all documentation is accurate, polished, and delivered promptly.

Essential Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in hospitality, tourism, or business is a plus.
- Equipment & Connectivity: Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection, a computer or laptop, and a smartphone capable of supporting voice and video communications.
