Key Responsibilities

As a Travel Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a foundational role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of our travel data ecosystem. Your daily contributions will directly impact the insights our clients rely upon.

  • Accurately input and process a high volume of travel-related data into our proprietary databases and internal systems.
  • Maintain, update, and organize customer profiles, vendor records, booking information, and travel itineraries with precision.
  • Review and verify data by cross-referencing source documents such as booking confirmations, travel surveys, supplier records, and partner reports.
  • Identify, flag, and correct discrepancies, inconsistencies, and incomplete entries to uphold the highest data integrity standards.
  • Generate, format, and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate proactively with team leads, supervisors, and cross-functional colleagues regarding data anomalies, workflow improvements, and project updates.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new data entry protocols, software tools, quality benchmarks, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute ideas for process optimization, automation opportunities, and workflow efficiency improvements.

Essential Qualifications
