Position: Remote Customer Service & Data Support Representative Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Location: Remote – United States Job Overview As a Remote Employee with Delta Airlines , you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers while assisting with operational support tasks. Your day-to-day duties may involve helping passengers with flight bookings, providing information about travel regulations, resolving customer concerns, entering and verifying data in Delta’s systems, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Delta Airlines remote team member, you may be assigned tasks including (but not limited to): Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner. Assisting passengers with reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, and upgrades. Providing accurate information on flight schedules, baggage allowances, and travel policies. Helping customers navigate Delta’s website and mobile app for bookings and check-ins. Resolving passenger complaints with empathy and professionalism. Performing accurate data entry for reservations, customer accounts, and operational records. Coordinating with other Delta teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in Delta’s CRM system. Following all Delta Airlines operational procedures and service guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn airline booking systems. A quiet and distraction-free workspace. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred (but not required): Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience in customer service, travel, or call center environments. Familiarity with airline industry regulations and terminology. Skills That Make You a Great Fit Empathy and patience when dealing with stressed or frustrated passengers.
