About the Role

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and scheduling appointments. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to capture customer contact information, summarize interactions, and develop a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services. You will be the face of our company, and your positive and professional demeanor will be essential in building trust and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in online conversations with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving revenue growth for our clients
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that all interactions are thoroughly documented
