About the position NEXA Mortgage is seeking motivated and experienced Remote Mortgage Branch Loan Officers to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Manage a pipeline of mortgage loans from application to closing. , Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners. , Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loan process. , Utilize NEXA's resources to explore various loan products and pricing options. , Participate in weekly training and networking sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. , Lead a team of loan officers and support their development and success.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required. , Experience in mortgage lending or loan origination preferred. , Strong communication and interpersonal skills. , Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. , Proficiency in using mortgage software and technology. Nice-to-haves Previous experience as a loan officer or in a related field. , Familiarity with various loan products and underwriting guidelines. , Leadership experience in managing a team.
