Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day work will be centered on accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Accurately enter and update information related to YouTube videos, channels, playlists, and metadata into arenaflex’s internal database systems and analytics dashboards.
• Input and organize YouTube analytics data such as watch time, subscriber counts, impressions, click-through rates, and audience retention metrics.
• Verify the accuracy of all data entries by cross-referencing information with source documents, internal reports, and live YouTube Studio data.
• Review existing data entries to identify, flag, and correct discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries, reports, and visual data presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Maintain organized records and digital filing systems to ensure all content data is easily accessible and properly archived.
• Adhere strictly to arenaflex’s data privacy, security, and confidentiality policies, especially when handling proprietary analytics or client information.
• Collaborate remotely with team leads, content analysts, and quality assurance staff to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
