Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring entry-level Live Chat Agents to join our growing remote customer support team supporting a leading airline client. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others, enjoy written communication, and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment. As a Live Chat Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our online chat platform. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication with strong grammar, spelling, and a friendly, professional tone.
  • Tech Comfort: Comfortable using computers, web browsers, chat platforms, and basic office software. Typing speed of at least 40 WPM preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think on your feet, analyze situations, and arrive at practical solutions.
