Role Overview – Senior Customer Solutions Manager (CSM)

The Senior Customer Solutions Manager is a trusted advisor and thought leader who partners with C‑level executives, engineering teams, and arenaflex’s internal specialists to deliver transformational outcomes for Healthcare and Life Sciences customers. You will own the end‑to‑end journey of cloud adoption, from strategic planning through execution, ensuring that every initiative drives measurable business value and aligns with the customer’s long‑term vision.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Customer Advocacy

  • Act as the primary voice of the customer within arenaflex, championing their needs to product, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Develop deep insight into each customer’s business model, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances to tailor cloud strategies that accelerate innovation.
  • Collaborate with Global Account Managers (GAMs) to identify, qualify, and prioritize high‑impact opportunities such as large‑scale migrations, data‑analytics platforms, high‑performance computing, and AI‑driven drug discovery.

Program & Project Leadership

  • Take end‑to‑end ownership of complex, multi‑disciplinary projects, coordinating Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, and product teams.
  • Define clear governance structures, milestones, and success metrics; monitor financial health, risk, and value realization throughout the lifecycle.
  • Proactively remove blockers, escalate issues, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet or exceed agreed‑upon outcomes.

Technical Enablement & Coaching

  • Serve as the customer’s cloud‑adoption coach, guiding technical and non‑technical stakeholders through transformation journeys.
  • Design and execute training programs that upskill both technical staff and business users, fostering a sustainable operating model for continuous innovation.
  • Leverage your expertise in cloud migrations, modernization, and industry‑specific compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) to recommend best‑practice architectures.

Business Development & Solution Design

Each day you will blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years leading large‑scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of delivering business value and completing complex transformations.
